Nei 6 CD sono contenute oltre 150 canzoni completamente rimasterizzate provenienti dalle incisioni degli anni 1960 - 1962, comprese rare outtakes, incisioni inedite e le incisioni private fatte da Elvis durante gli anni '60.
Nel libro si trovano documenti e fotografie rari e inediti, accompagnati da testo che spiega ogni sessions di incisione avvenuta nel periodo. (sono escluse le sessions relative all'incisione delle colonne sonore dei film).
